Tina earned her MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, then worked in management and recruiting at Bain, followed by a role in internal strategy at JPMorgan Chase. Her background also includes experience as a teacher—a foundation that informs her coaching style.
In her work with clients, Tina focuses on building confidence, sharpening emotional intelligence, and helping each person present themselves with clarity and ease. That means nailing down your story, but leaving room for you to adapt it in the moment—and never learning talking points rote.
