Lowell’s Online MBA is a 42-credit program that allows students to graduate in under 12 months. They offer six required foundations courses, seven required MBA core courses, and three electives. Students can also concentrate on a specific topic, including accounting, business analytics, entrepreneurship, finance, healthcare, information technology, international business, managerial leadership, and marketing. The program runs from one to five years, allowing students to balance their work and school schedules as needed.

Classes are 100% virtual and asynchronous. This allows students to log on to Blackboard whenever convenient for them. Professors are available via phone, email, or video conferencing. There is also an optional one-hour Chat Hour each week per class where students can interact with professors and ask questions.
Many online students work full-time jobs while acquiring an online MBA from Lowell. The program is structured around students who have to travel or continue working while attending school.
Students must complete assignments on time. This is especially important because it is the only way to show class participation. Assignments include case studies, recorded lectures, group projects, discussions posts, and readings. There is no on-campus orientation required.
