The Isenberg School of Management Online MBA is a highly-customizable online program that runs anywhere from two to four years. Check out their two-year plan here. Isenberg is unique because students can graduate either with general requirements in 39 credits or with a concentration in 45 credits. There are two foundation classes, 11 core classes, and 3-9 electives, depending on if you’re graduating with a concentration or not. The concentrations include business analytics. entrepreneurship, finance, healthcare administration, and marketing. Students can also create a self-designed concentration with a cross selection of electives. There are no dual-degree options unless you decide to study on-campus. Classes run on a semester system, with 14-week fall and spring semesters and a 10-week summer semester.

Classes are typically asynchronous, with course materials presented through recorded lectures, readings, exams, papers, and collaborative projects. There is usually no designated synchronous meeting time, but this varies depending on the class. Professors do have real-time office hours and review sessions for students to make use of. Classes usually use the Blackboard Learn System, but some use Moodle. There is no capstone project.
Many online students work full-time jobs while acquiring an online MBA from Isenberg. The program is structured around students who have to travel or continue working while attending school.
