Classes occur synchronously and asynchronously through Canvas. Lincoln emphasizes each class using Canvas to allow for seamless use and operation. There is also an MBA@Nebraska so students can receive class notifications and updates on their phones. Most asynchronous classes offer optional live review discussions saved for later viewing. In addition, professors are easily accessible by phone, email, and video conferencing.
Many online students work full-time jobs while acquiring an online MBA from Lincoln. The program is structured around students who have to travel or continue working while attending school.
Students must complete assignments on time. This is especially important because it is the only way to show class participation in asynchronous classes.
