The Lehigh Flex MBA is ultra-flexible and allows students to complete their degree part-time. Most people complete the degree in 3.5 years, but the length is entirely flexible for your schedule. Depending on the day, students can take classes in-person or online, so working professionals can network while staying on top of their deadlines. The curriculum is 36-credits, with 21 core credits and 15 electives. Financial Accounting, Statistics, and Principles of Economics are required courses. Online classes can be completed in person or online through two platforms. ClassroomLIVE is a program that allows students to engage synchronously with the in-person courses, allowing them to speak to students and professors from their homes. Each core class is available through ClassroomLIVE. In addition, some elective courses are asynchronous through Classroom Online, where students watch pre-recorded lectures from professors.
Many online students work full-time jobs while acquiring an online MBA from Lehigh. The program is structured around students who have to travel or continue working while attending school.
Students must attend class, complete case studies with peers, contribute to discussion posts, and collaborate on group projects. In addition, there is a required orientation event, where students meet and complete a case study together. This is an opportunity for networking and meeting classmates in person.
