You probably have heard the benefits of full-time, in-person MBA programs. These include focusing full-time on your studies, gaining access to more financial aid options, and networking. Full-time MBAs are an excellent option for students who have the financial resources to quit their jobs for two years and only focus on school. However, if you’re a young professional, parent, or frequent business traveler, the online option could be perfect for you. Learn more about the benefits here.

Many online students work full-time jobs while acquiring an online MBA from Zarb. The program is structured around students who have to travel or continue working while attending school.
Students must follow their course’s deadlines by turning in assignments and exams, watching lectures, discussing cases, and interacting with peers. In addition, there are two mandatory residences for Zarb online MBA candidates at the beginning and end of the program. The first is a two-day program on Hofstra’s campus, where students can network and attend workshops before their classes. The second residency is a two-day rigorous capstone project where students connect with New York companies and interact with industry professionals. Finally, Zarb students must take the Hogan Leadership assessments and attend coaching sessions to determine how their goals, values, and traits can contribute to the workforce.
The Zarb School of Business is dedicated to supporting students in their professional endeavors.
