  • The median starting salary at Yale SOM stood at $160,000, paired with a median signing bonus of $30,000, reflecting strong and consistent post-MBA compensation. Within three months of graduation, 85% of graduates received job offers, underscoring solid employment outcomes for the class.
  • According to the Yale SOM Employment Report, Consulting continued to be the most popular career path among Yale SOM graduates, with 31.9% of the class entering consulting roles. Finance followed closely, attracting 26.2% of graduates across investment banking (14.0%), investment management (6.1%), diversified financial services (3.1%), private equity (1.7%), and venture capital (1.3%). Beyond consulting and finance, graduates also pursued roles in Technology (9.6%), Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals (6.1%), Consumer Packaged Goods (4.8%), Energy (4.8%), and Retail and E-commerce (4.4%), reflecting Yale SOM’s broad industry reach.
  • For the Yale SOM MBA class, 100% of employed graduates accepted roles in the United States. Regionally, the Northeast dominated placements at 48%, followed by the West (22.7%).
