At Menlo Coaching, we’ve had strong results working with Indian applicants from elite backgrounds—particularly those at large family businesses, private equity and venture capital firms, or other high-end employers.
But we want to be upfront:
We’re not the best fit for every Indian applicant.
Our pricing is significantly higher than local firms—and may be out of reach based on typical Indian salaries.
We focus on a small subset of Indian applicants and do not have broad admissions data across the entire applicant pool.
…and you think you may be a fit for our services, feel free to reach out directly at [email protected].
We often recommend MBA Crystal Ball, one of the most established and trusted MBA admissions consulting firms in India.
They’ve helped a wide range of applicants succeed at the M7, T10, and T25 programs—even those with challenges like low test scores, GPA issues, or career gaps.
“MCB made me fall in love with the application process.”

Klara finds immense joy in working at Menlo Coaching because of its collaborative environment, the shared commitment to delivering exceptional service, and the opportunity to grow and learn alongside talented colleagues every day.
Before joining the team, Klara earned her Bachelor’s degree in Media and Communications from the University of Gothenburg. There, she was also deeply involved in student life, serving as Chairman of the Student Association, where she organized social events and initiation weeks for incoming students.
Klara brings extensive experience in digital marketing and account management, particularly in the cultural and non-profit sectors, where she managed clients in the Swedish market. She further honed her leadership skills at IKEA, where she attended the Aspiring Team Manager Program.
Originally from Sweden, Klara’s interests reflect her Swedish heritage and a love for creativity and sustainability. She enjoys cold plunging and sauna, especially on Sweden’s southwest coast. A passionate baker, she recreates traditional Swedish treats like cinnamon buns, princess cakes, and cookies essential for a proper Swedish “fika.” She also has a keen interest in second-hand shopping, seeking out mid-century modern finds, unique glassware, and vintage IKEA lamps, with a small but growing collection.
