At Menlo Coaching, Puja contributes her skills as a research associate to coaches and the larger team. From helping coaches with MBA program information to digging deeper on a particular subject about the business schools, her role is multifaceted. Her research skills have been instrumental in developing the ‘B-School Profiles’ for the website. Operationally, Puja helps to enable the technicalities of content offerings.
One of the things Puja loves about Menlo Coaching is its work culture. She appreciates the working environment at Menlo Coaching which recognizes performance, gives due regards to work/life balance and acts sensitive to the needs of employees.
Before joining Menlo Coaching, Puja worked as a Researcher Connect Consultant at British Council, Chennai. She supported the Council in developing a series of short interactive training modules on research communication for researchers at any stage of their career and from any academic discipline.
Puja read Economics for her B.A. at Ramnarain Ruia College, Mumbai and Public Policy for M.A. from O.P. Jindal Global University, Delhi.
In her six-year professional career in the Higher Education sector, Puja began as a Consultant to IDFC Foundation, whereby she steered the publication of “India Infrastructure Report 2012: Private Sector in Education”. After a brief stint at the Centre for Informal Sector and Labour Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, she joined the O. P. Jindal Global University as a Researcher for Centre for Urban Studies. During her time at the University, she became a Teaching Assistant for a course on macroeconomics and published a report on ‘State Education Plan 2016’ for the Government of Haryana.
Later, at the Centre for Social Impact and Philanthropy, Ashoka University, Puja led the study on philanthropy ecosystem in India.
Puja loves traveling and experiencing local cultures. She enjoys learning new languages and admires romantic poetry and poets.
