Well Worth The Investment!

Before deciding to work with David, I had applied to several schools and not gotten the results I was expecting. My best offer was acceptance at NYU Stern with $60k in scholarship, but I had a feeling that I could do better with a little help on my messaging. I contacted Menlo Coaching and had my introductory phone call with David, who, after reviewing my previous applications thought he could help me get much better results. I had struggled with striking the right tone in past applications, so David’s experience in having read hundreds of other MBA application essays was crucial. I was able to use his input on essays for schools with which he wasn’t even officially helping me. Also, having done a lot more networking and school outreach in the early stages of the application process, I was able to provide more specifics and a more informed plan on how I wanted to contribute to each school’s particular culture. In the end, I went from acceptance at NYU Stern with $60k to acceptance at Columbia (with $40k), Yale (with $60k), and Kellogg (with $100k)! Well worth the investment!
