Alice is an amazing MBA coach who truly cares about your application and is extremely professional in strategizing the application process from beginning to end. In the initial appointments, Alice gave me pragmatic advice in choosing which schools to apply, but she also respected my choices and took every application seriously. Alice made an effort to really listen and understand who I am and what are my professional and personal experiences. Initially, I was worried about my experience being too scattered, and I was also not too confident about my story-telling skills. Alice encouraged me to open up, to be authentic and to reflect deep on my motivations and qualities without worrying about how admission would perceive me. At the same time, she took charge of strategizing and crafting the stories that were authentic, personal and compelling. Interview prep with Alice and David was very helpful too – I did two mock sessions with her and she was able to provide honest and constructive feedbacks. In the end, I got admitted to HBS and Wharton. It would not be possible without Alice and David!
