I changed my perception from needing to tell a story about my achievements to focusing on who I am and how my experiences have shaped me. The process was incredibly helpful, from crafting my story to preparing for interviews with fresh perspectives. Ultimately, I felt a great sense of satisfaction knowing my story was true to myself, and that authenticity led to admission offers from HBS, Columbia, and Yale.
