Invaluable Consultant Experience

Pascal is a fantastic consultant! I initially chose him as I was interested in LBS, and his tenure at IESE, as well as his international perspective on the often overly US-focused MBA process, was a strong draw for me. However, through his guidance, I learned to navigate the process with the help of a seasoned professional. Pascal prepared me to receive admits from both LBS and HBS (the latter of which I only applied to at his prodding!). He was an absolute joy to work with and was instrumental in crafting my HBS essay. Pascal is warm, convivial, and cares deeply for his clients. I have nothing but positive things to say about him and my experience with Menlo. Pascal also had my work with his associate Maya who diligently aided me in my resume restructuring. At first, I was worried that I would not see as much of Pascal, but he made sure that Maya was additive to the process – not a replacement! We met weekly for about 6 months as I prepared for R2.
