I had initially begun the process with a different consultant. After he demonstrated that he had not even skimmed the forms he had me spend several hours filling out, I contacted Alice. Starting with our first conversation I could tell that Alice truly cared about getting to know my story. There were several times when she was able to suggest obscure details (that I had mentioned early on) as being applicable to my essays. The online tracking database that she maintains is invaluable for keeping track of tasks and due dates. Her interaction with my recommenders was incredibly professional and they were impressed with how she helped them come up with meaningful, glowing recommendations. Interview prep (via Skype) was quite rigorous and I was able to leave my interviews feeling like I answered most (if not all) questions with relative ease.
