Highly Recommend – Alice & Menlo Coaching are Top-Notch

I had a great experience working with Alice and the rest of the Menlo team this cycle (accepted Wharton). They took a comprehensive approach to me as a candidate, getting to know the nuances of my story well beyond the straightforward professional experience, school, basic extracurriculars, etc. As an applicant from an over-represented demographic, it was definitely critical to emphasize these more personal aspects of my application and Alice and Leslie really helped me bring these out in my essays. During the actual essay writing process, Alice and her team were very professional, responding very promptly and turning drafts like clockwork. With Alice in the Netherlands and Leslie in the U.S., the coverage was more or less 24/7 so we had a good rhythm and little wasted time once it was crunch time. They were also not afraid to be honest, telling me when an essay was not going down the right track and then giving some pointers on the direction it could take. I really felt I was in good hands throughout the process. During the interview stage, the team set me up with practice interviews for each of the schools, which really helped me build confidence going into the real events. Finally, Alice was great to work with on a personal level, very understanding and supportive throughout the process while keeping everything on track and on schedule.
