Great Experience – Admitted to GSB

Simply put, David was instrumental to the success of my Round 1 applications and I’m grateful I had the chance to work with him. A few things really differentiate David/Menlo: 1) Timeliness – David gets back to you right away with meaningful and concise feedback, whether it’s for small, informal questions you have on how to approach a recommender, or with edits on an essay you are drafting. 2) Efficiency – When you sign up with David, you get the full benefit of the program he and Alice have crafted, which starts several months in advance of deadlines. They’ll make sure you visit schools, prep your recommenders, etc. – this helped me stay on track while balancing a demanding job and never feeling too overwhelmed by the process. 3) Experience – As I was only applying to three schools, I wanted to work with folks who knew those programs inside and out, and had seen what works and what doesn’t. David knows how the top programs operate and understands what resonates with them. Things played out almost exactly how he predicted they would with each program.
