I applied to three schools: Columbia, Wharton, and Yale, all top-tier institutions with Executive MBA programs. I was accepted to all three, which was amazing and overwhelming. I still feel like somebody checked the wrong box, but to get three people to check the wrong box? It’s divine intervention, and the only other explanation I have for this is Menlo. I have a strong profile and have done some unusual, interesting things, but so have a lot of other people. The difference between the top 100 and the next 300 candidates is minimal. So, getting accepted to all three is a tribute to Rebecca and Menlo. If I’d gotten accepted to one, I would have been happy, but to get accepted to all three? It’s incredible.
