Working from our open-plan office in Baarn, NL, you’ll be joining a small, collaborative team in a supportive environment where your voice and opinions matter.

You’ll do work that’s challenging, creative, rewarding, and well-compensated—without the anonymity and pressure that often comes with large organizations.

If you have experience coaching and developing early-career professionals—especially in client-facing roles across business, finance, or tech, we’d like to hear from you.

We’re hiring both experienced coaches and people who are new to this kind of work; and for our internal operations team, recent Bachelor’s and Master’s graduates too.

You don’t need prior experience in our specific niche (at least not yet). You’ll do well here if you:

• Are a strong writer and clear thinker
• Are conscientious and straightforward
• Are willing to learn and improve, and
• Care about doing work that helps people

(Bonus points for experience in finance or tech.)
