Rebekah Davis’ Testimonial

#1 Small-Town Background

The MBA application process was foreign to Rebekah, who says it is not common for women in her immediate network to attend an MBA. Not having any idea where to start, she hired an MBA consultant. She was worried about her small-town background, but with the help of Menlo Coaching, Rebekah found the right way to highlight the narrative of where she came from and how she got to where she is.

#2 Connecting with her Coach

Rebekah’s favorite part was connecting with her coach, Danae, who she describes as extremely emotionally intelligent and a good storyteller. When Menlo Coaching offered to have her meet the team in person, she traveled to the office in the Netherlands and met with Danae for two days. The trust they built by meeting face-to-face, had a meaningful impact on their work together.

#3 Advice for MBA Applicants

Rebekah’s advice? Just keep going! Find ways to recharge and make sure you are taking care of yourself in the process. It is a daunting task, but it is absolutely worth it.
