We are looking for a talented writer and editor with an interest in expanding their core skill set—someone with a passion for the written word and the drive to take on new challenges.
The role is perfect for those who have had experience in editorial positions but want to learn more about digital marketing; for those who have worked as freelance editors or writers but are looking to join a team; or for recent graduates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in literature, linguistics, or journalism looking to develop their business skills.

As an Editorial & Marketing Associate at Menlo Coaching, you can expect to put your writing and editing skills to good use—but you can also expect to acquire new skills in digital marketing.
In addition to the responsibilities described above, the Editorial & Marketing Associate will learn:
Instead, the primary “must-haves” for this position—beyond excellent written and verbal skills—are a university degree and fluency in English. (Most of our clients are American.)
The Associate should also be able to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities, knowing when to take the initiative and when to ask for guidance.
Because the Associate will interact with both our consultants and our clients, professionalism in written communications and during live interactions is paramount.
This fulfilling, full-time position is based out of our Baarn, NL office – just a 40-minute train ride from Amsterdam Centraal Station – where you’ll work as a part of our close-knit team.
We work collaboratively, meaning that although we offer the chance to work from home, everyone meets regularly in-person.
